Beeps and spoken countdowns

Applies on this device and saves automatically. Cues use media volume.

Mix with music

On iPhone, turn Silent mode off to hear cues while music plays. With mixing off, cues can play in Silent mode but may pause music. Automatic music ducking is not available in this browser.

Try a sample beep and countdown before your workout.

AI workout planning

Choose once for future planning chats. Routines, swaps and Progress work without AI.

Provider Monthly budget (USD)

Set 0 to pause AI. Budget amounts are estimated API usage before credits, not your cash bill.

How this budget works

Each request reserves its maximum estimated cost, including a separate allowance for a repair. Failed requests keep their reservation. Switching providers does not reset usage.
